We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in various aspects of product management, including market research, product development, user experience analysis, and project coordination. The internship complies with relevant laws, including Sections 44-47 of the UK National Minimum Wage Act 1998, which exempts voluntary workers and work experience programs from wage requirements. In the US, this role aligns with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), focusing on educational benefits and voluntary participation.
Key Responsibilities:
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to shadow, learn, and assist the product management team in,
- Market Research, Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
- Product Development, Assisting in defining product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
- User Experience (UX) Analysis, Supporting user research efforts, gathering user feedback, and contributing to UX/UI improvements.
- Project Coordination, Assisting in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful product launches.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration, Helping coordinate between engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
- Training & Presentations, Contributing to the preparation of product demos, internal training materials, and client presentations.
- Product Roadmapping, Gaining exposure to the process of creating and maintaining product roadmaps and prioritization strategies.
- Operational Support, Assisting with organizing product meetings, sprint planning sessions, and product review events.
- Research & Insight, Conducting research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in product management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in product management and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
