Job Description

We at Fusion Practices are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), and other Oracle EPM tools.

The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle EPM solutions to meet our clients' business needs.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements gathering.
  • Experience in Implementation of Hyperion with strong Application Development process experience on Hyperion EPM Product Suite.
  • Understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud suite, specifically Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) or Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS).
  • Sound functional knowledge (Understand of planning modelling like P&L, BS, Workforce, Capex and Project planning and inter dependencies).
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Planning features, including metadata management, data forms, business rules, calculations, and security settings.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge in EPM Automation scripting.
  • Hands on Experience on Planning Modules is must.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EPM applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EPM applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and Finance, to ensure seamless integration of Oracle EPM solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle EPM features and best practices and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience working with Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EPM modules, including PBCS, EPBCS.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Oracle EPM solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients effectively and team members.
  • Certification in Oracle EPM is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data integration tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Project management experience and skills.
