Summary

Responsibilities:


  • Test Actions across various multimodal smart devices.

  • Test Action’ to ensure they meet expectations in regard to quality, integrity, ease of use, customer experience, and various policies, such as legal, security and community.

  • Notate bugs, edge cases, findings and share this information with multiple teams, stakeholders, and with the developers.


  • Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent

  • Very strong, effective written and oral communication skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an analytical or customer service role desired

  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task under pressure in an ever changing environment

  • Professional knowledge of Android OS, iOS and Mac OS desired

  • Ability to keep up to date in a very fast paced environment, staying on top of policy, procedure and workflow changes and evolutions

  • Be able to work as an individual contributor, as well as part of a close team

  • Be able to use critical thinking and take initiative on action items

  • A team player with a positive attitude and people skills

  • Must be able to context-switch and manage multiple partners in parallel across various implementation stages
