We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with experience in web and mobile application testing. The successful candidate will be based in Bangkok and work with Product Owners and Development squads from other countries to deliver mobile and web applications to our customers across the countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate functional and non-functional product requirements and raise clarifications with business teams and developers.
• Design, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test cases/scripts.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements, tasks, and defects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, standards and best practices for testing

What we are looking for

• Experience with software testing in an agile environment
• Passion for modern testing principles such as Behavior Driven Development (BDD), 3 Amigos collaboration, shift-left testing, and automation-first mindset
• Strong quality mindset – you love breaking things and continuously seek ways to improve product reliability and performance

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or above in computer science, software engineering, information technology or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance within software development projects
• Solid knowledge and experience in the fundamental of software testing, testing process, automation testing, and agile testing.
• Experience in defining test cases from functional requirements and in cross browser/environment testing
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, continuous integration/delivery/deployment (CI/CD), and release processes
• Passionate about technology and excited about the impact of emerging/disruptive technologies
• Willingness to challenge the status quo and propose solutions to improve testing processes and product quality
• Comfortable working in a flat, collaborative, and transparent team culture
• Experience in Blockchain technology is a plus
• Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional squads and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow
