Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant .

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain processes and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM applications.

You will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SCM solutions to meet our business needs.

Location : Mumbai(Andheri East).

Work Mode : Hybrid(3 days office).

Job Type : Full Time.

Experience : 8+ Years.

Notice : Immediate/15 days(Only serving).

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration :

• Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Supply Chain Planning.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
  
  

Functional Support

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of SCM applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth operation of supply chain processes.
  
  

Process Optimization

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices within Oracle SCM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency and Training & Documentation :
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide necessary documentation and user manuals.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, including test plans and user guides.
  
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and align SCM functionalities accordingly.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project progress.
  
  

Qualifications

Education :

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
  

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM or similar ERP applications.
• Proven experience in SCM processes, including procurement, inventory management, order management, and logistics.
  
  

Skills

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work : Oracle SCM Cloud certification is a plus.
