We seek a functional analyst who is willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, or Management);
• Proficiency in English;
• Knowledge of the Banking sector (preferred);
• At least 3 years of experience in Functional Analysis of Information Systems projects;
• Experience in preparing project documentation;
• Proficiency with Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Strong priority management skills, high sense of responsibility, and results-driven mindset;
• Excellent analytical skills, logical reasoning, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize information;
• Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility;
• Ability to work effectively within a team;
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Activities to be developed:

• Support in the Software Development Lifecycle;
• Planning of Production Releases;
• Project Management;
• Functional Analysis;
• Testing and Certification of system deployments;
• Incident Management;
• Production Support (Maintenance);
• Incident Analysis;
• Management of operational issues;
• Responding to inquiries from Business Units and IT Systems teams.

Scope of Work:

The role involves managing activities across three environments:

• Unit Testing
• Pre-Production
• Production

And supporting several key applications, such as:

• Website
• eChannel
• Investment Center
• Mobile App Integration
