We are 180+ InnoTechers, and we want your talent as a/an Functional Analyst Senior.

Your Mission Will Be

• Design functional solutions that meet business needs while complying with internal business rules;
• Ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines and existing functional architecture standards;
• Apply best practices in functional analysis, including processes, data flows, logical data modeling, and interface design;
• Map information across system interfaces and produce clear functional documentation;
• Support and collaborate with business, development, QA, operations, and support teams throughout the delivery cycle.
  
  

You Will Need

• Proven experience in functional analysis techniques, including interviews, actor identification, UML, and systems interfaces;
• Solid understanding of BPMN for process modeling;
• Strong data modeling skills at both logical and conceptual levels;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
  
  

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Experience with Power Designer or similar modeling tools;
• Familiarity with Information Management concepts and practices;
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
