Fullstack MAUI Developer (.NET + Angular)

Location: Remote

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day)

Timezone: Must be available during US business hours

We’re hiring a Fullstack MAUI Developer to join a fast-growing tech team building industry-specific software solutions tailored for security guard companies. The product is a comprehensive platform covering operations, sales, and HR workflows, designed to help clients streamline and scale their businesses.

This is a full-time opportunity for a developer who thrives in an agile environment and enjoys building intuitive, scalable web and mobile applications.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using .NET (C#), Angular, and MAUI

Build and optimize cross-platform mobile applications with MAUI

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code for both frontend and backend systems

Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement in engineering practices

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in full-stack development using .NET (C#) and Angular

Hands-on experience with MAUI or Xamarin.Forms

Strong understanding of API integration and backend architecture

Experience developing mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms

Familiarity with version control systems like Git

Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Comfortable working US business hours (overlap required)

Nice to Have

Experience working with CI/CD pipelines

Familiarity with the security or workforce management software industry

Previous remote work experience with distributed teams
