We're looking for a Front-end/Full-stack Developer in the early stages of their career for a 6-month internship at HYBRBASE in Ho Chi Minh City.

You'll be contributing to AI product-based and client's projects alongside a team of 3 developers, 3 designers, and 2 operators. This role is key to bridging the gap between design and full-stack development. You'll work closely with our teams to build and deploy scalable, efficient apps and workflows that streamline creative processes for our clients.

Note: While we don't expect candidates to excel immediately, our program aims to develop your capabilities over time through role-specific guidance and 6-month plan that adapt as you build skills. Your specific role entry will be determined during the hiring process based on alignment opportunities and your individual strengths.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, and maintain front-end applications using React.js, Next.js, and related technologies.
• Convert designs into pixel-perfect front-end layouts that work seamlessly across different devices and browsers.
• Build modular UI components that can be easily integrated into various projects and platforms.
• Ship AI-driven applications and software products.
• Build and maintain APIs for efficient and reliable data retrieval and processing
• Implement efficient state management and data fetching mechanisms.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

What we’re looking for

• Early in your career as a developer.
• Able to identify the areas within full-stack development where you excel and are most passionate and take ownership of these aspects in projects.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, API development, Node.js, and databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate effectively, recognize limitations, and make informed requests for support from team.
• Ability to analyze and solve technical problems effectively.
• Good at explaining technical ideas clearly, both in writing and speaking.

Bonus points for

• Contributing to open-source projects shows your passion for technology.
• A basic understanding of AI and some experience with AI tools is a plus.
• Experience with Design systems and Storybook
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines or deployment
• Experience with Monorepo (Nx, Turborepo)
