Summary

HRC Customer Service Staff are responsible for taking care of our customers' needs at the Club. Employees holding this position can expect to do the following during a normal shift: Greeting customers from the front desk Ensuring the facility stays clean and well-kept Answering the phone and relaying messages Stocking small snacks and beverages Assisting Tennis Pros with customers Completing a daily checklist of small projects A typcial shift is 4 to 8 hours long, this varies dependent upon the needs of the Club. Previous Customer Service Experience is appreciated, but not required. Pay Rate: $11 / hour Full-Time employees receive health benefits. Email Resumes to [email protected]
