The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists 

Pay rate:        $24-$24.75/HR on w2.

Shift:  1st shift (8AM to 5PM)

Responsibilities

• Will be working in B2B Customer Service team 
• Connecting with Distribution, Wholesalers, Brokers
• Entering orders in Systems and Managing Inventories according to demand
• MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel) experience required
• Inventory Analysis
• Worked on Customer Facing roles (Store Associate, Waitress, Sales, Receptionist, Admin, Executive Assistant)
• CRM (Salesforce) or EDI experience will be a plus
• People skills and communication skills are required

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or equivalent experience.

• 1+ years' experience in a customer support role.
