By unifying supply chain data and automating core workflows - such as data entry, requesting and comparing quotes, and issuing purchase orders - Soff helps customers save dozens of hours each week on repetitive manual tasks. The company is building foundational infrastructure to streamline industrial operations and enable smarter, faster decision-making in manufacturing.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to join Soff at an early stage and help build something meaningful from the ground up. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll work across the stack to develop new features, shape product direction, and influence the technical and cultural foundation of the company. Main Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features using TypeScript.
• Work closely with the founding team to shape product direction and user experience.
• Own projects end-to-end—from requirements gathering through development and deployment.
• Collaborate with early customers to gather feedback and iterate quickly.
• Contribute to building a high-performance engineering culture rooted in ownership and speed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience building from scratch - whether in startups, fast-paced teams, or personal projects.
• Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and bias toward action.
• Motivation to build something that matters, with a strong work ethic.

Nice to Haves

• Prior startup experience or small team environments.
• Personal or open-source projects that demonstrate drive and problem-solving.
• Interest or background in manufacturing or supply chain systems.
