Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a backend-oriented Full Stack Engineer to spearhead the scaling of its infrastructure, fortify system resilience, and optimize operational performance. This position requires a hands-on expert with demonstrated success in building scalable, fault-tolerant, multi-regional environments, while contributing directly to the deployment of next-generation AI solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and sustain highly scalable, secure, and robust backend systems.
• Enhance backend operations to seamlessly support thousands of simultaneous AI agents with minimal latency.
• Engineer dynamic auto-scaling mechanisms to manage extensive AI workloads efficiently.
• Construct and govern a fault-resilient, multi-region infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted service availability.
• Automate testing pipelines and operational workflows to strengthen system durability and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams to institutionalize best practices in system reliability, monitoring, and incident response.
• Lead incident management protocols, execute comprehensive root-cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across live production ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a backend focus (60-70%) and frontend experience (30-40%).
• Strong coding skills in Golang.
• Deep understanding of backend systems, APIs, and databases.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of AI-driven technologies.

• Compensation: $160K-$250K
