This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll work on digital products that directly support real-world operations—enhancing customer experience, service delivery, and business performance.

About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll play a key role in the development and optimisation of full stack web and mobile applications. Working on-site at the organisation’s national HQ in Glen Iris, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust applications using C# and ReactJS
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party platforms
• Optimise and maintain data models using Entity Framework and PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MSSQL
• Lead data mining and data migration activities
• Support mobile app development with Flutter
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across frontend and backend
• Collaborate with design, product, and infrastructure teams
• Troubleshoot, debug and enhance existing applications

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, ideally in high-performance environments
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and ReactJS
• Demonstrated experience with Flutter and mobile app development
• Expertise in Entity Framework, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MSSQL
• Familiarity with modern dev tools including Git and version control best practice
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and team-first attitude
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
