Full-stack Developer

We Are Looking For a Full-stack Developer To Join Our Team And Spearhead Development Across Mobile, Web And Backend. You Will Have a Direct Impact On The Customer Experience Through The Design And Implementation Of New Features And Functionalities In Our Product. You'll Work As Part Of a High-energy Team That's Scaling Across All Engineering Functions. Pushing High Quality Code On React, NodeJS, While Also Balancing The Pros/cons Of Speed/quality Will Be

• Spec, build, test, and deliver new features while improving the performance and quality of the product.
• Review code of others and provide feedback for them to improve.
• Solve complex User Journey problems
• Optimize NodeJS/SQL code to ensure that systems remain performant at scale.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve our Consumer and Enterprise Products
• Document development phases and monitor systems
  
  

Must Have's

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
• Good understanding of Comfortable with Async/Await/Promises/Callbacks? Have an understanding of Event Loop? Can you call out coding anti-patterns? Consider yourself to be a quick learner? If yes, then we don't really care about your experience.
• An eye for design detail along with a sense of scaling a feature.
• Experience with TDD with NodeJS
• Understand complex problems and break them down into smaller tasks.
• Strong sense of ownership and integrity demonstrated through clear communication and collaboration.
