Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Location: Cheltenham

Salary: Up to £70,000

Hybrid: Once every 2 weeks on site

We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer to help build new, large-scale digital platforms from the ground up. This is a rare greenfield opportunity to join a growing engineering team driving digital transformation across a global leader in their sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain scalable, secure software platforms supporting industrial and enterprise systems.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Take part in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.
• Support integration with existing business systems and applications.
• Provide technical input on solution design, architecture, and development standards.
• Contribute to infrastructure and deployment pipelines using modern DevOps tools.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience in full stack development with C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
• Experience building commercial web or enterprise applications.
• Comfortable working in Agile teams and contributing to collaborative software design.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
