Xtra Sensing Ltd., established in November 2019, specializes in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) for commercial HVAC systems and equipment. Known as the "Machine Doctor," Xtra Sensing Ltd. provides a diverse range of site testing, consultancy, and remote sensing IoT systems integration services. Our services include vibration condition monitoring, vibration analysis and diagnosis, fan balancing, infrared thermography, guided wave testing, video-based vibration amplification, and guided wave pipe structure and integrity testing. Our objective is to offer cost-effective solutions to enhance our clients' critical facilties (like HVAC plant & procate/public infradtructure) reliability. Our clients include property owners, facility management, plant operators, building services and HVAC contractors, and E&M consultants.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using React, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Build robust back-end systems with NestJs, integrating smoothly with front-end components.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs to support dynamic IoT applications.
- Utilize Docker for containerization and efficient deployment of applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage project workflows and deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Leverage your knowledge of Postgres/MySQL for effective database management.
- Engage with AWS services, Docker Compose, CI/CD pipelines, and Next.js for enhanced application performance.
You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have/Are:
- A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- A creative and open-minded approach to problem-solving.
- At least 2 years of experience in full stack development, with proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong skills in React for front-end development and NestJs or Express for back-end development.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and testing frameworks and techniques (e.g., unit tests, integration tests, end-to-end tests).
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Bonus skills: AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda), Python, Docker Compose, CI/CD, and React Frameworks like Next.js.
