Movaia Tech Ltd. is a dynamic Hong Kong-based startup on a mission to help runners stay injury-free and improve performance through cutting-edge form analysis. As part of the Hong Kong Science Park eocystem, we’re building innovative solutions at the intersection of sports and AI.

Our proprietary system uses Python, pose detection, computer vision, and AI language models (LLMs, Chatbots) to deliver personalized insights from runner-submitted videos. Our stack is built on AWS, with upcoming projects involving Flutter and React.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a passionate Full-Stack Developer to join our small but mighty team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career developer eager to learn, grow, and make a direct impact in a mission-driven startup.

What you'll do

• Algorithm Development: Improve our Python-based running form analysis engine
• AI & ML: Enhance our AI chatbot and explore machine learning integrations
• Web Development: Support our WordPress site and collaborate with external partners
• Automation: Build AWS integrations to streamline video analysis workflows
• Team Coordination: Work closely with freelancers and contribute to product planning

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in Python and familiarity with web development
• Exposure to front-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Vue.js) and hybrid tools like Flutter or React Native
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Bonus: Passionate about sports—especially running!
