About the Role

• We’re looking for a Front-End Engineer to join our engineering team working on large-scale, high-impact applications built with React, GraphQL, and Micro Frontends (MFEs).
• You’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience, driving technical decisions, and mentoring engineers across the team.
• This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a scaled environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and has a deep appreciation for clean architecture, performance, and non-functional requirements (NFRs).

Technical Skills:

• Front-End Frameworks: Strong proficiency in React (Hooks, Context API, component design)
• UI Development: Translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, accessible, responsive interfaces
• State Management: Experience with tools like Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand
• GraphQL: Hands-on experience integrating front-end with back-end services
• Architecture & Performance: Component architecture, code splitting, React Query, TanStack Query, memoization
• Micro Frontends (MFEs): Building scalable apps using micro frontend patterns
• Monorepo: Experience with Monorepo, GitHub
• Testing: Unit, integration, and E2E testing using modern frameworks
• Design Systems: Familiarity with any component library like MUI, Bootstart etc.

Soft Skills:

• Mentorship and PR review capabilities
• Proactive attitude towards unclear requirements or design flaws
• Agile mindset with experience in estimation and planning ceremonies

Key Requirements

• 5–8+ years of professional front-end development experience
• Deep experience with React, GraphQL, and modern state management
• Ability to develop modular, maintainable, and performant front-end code
• Prior exposure to large-scale applications and scaled engineering teams
• Strong attention to performance, UX, and non-functional requirements
• Comfort with Trunk-Based Development and CI/CD practices
• Experience working within a design system and contributing to shared component libraries
• Understanding of frontend monitoring, telemetry, and production readiness
• Experience in agile development environments
