Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong guest relations skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various front desk operations efficiently. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes smoothly and efficiently. Answer phone calls promptly, providing information and assistance as needed. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and room assignments. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Utilize hotel management software and phone systems effectively. Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience. Assist in managing billing processes and ensuring accurate charges. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent service. Familiarity with hotel management practices is a plus. Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication skills. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
