Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager located in Pune. The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for franchise sales, business planning, and lead generation. They will also handle franchising processes and conduct training for franchisees. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential franchise opportunities, developing and implementing business plans, generating leads, and providing ongoing support and training to franchisees.

• Experience in Training and supporting franchisees
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Proven track record in franchise development is a plus
