They’re building a category-defining consumer app in the health and wellness space - and we’re looking for a Founding Head of Growth to help bring it to the world.

The Role

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You’ll:

• Build and execute the full-funnel growth strategy.
• Rapidly test and scale channels including paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit), influencer partnerships, SEO, and organic social.
• Drive App Store Optimisation (ASO) to maximise acquisition.
• Optimise user journeys and activation flows across web and app.
• Manage creative production.
• Build and lead a growth team (in-house and outsourced) as the company scale.

About You

• Equally strong on strategy and execution — as excited about setting up an ad campaign as you are about building the growth roadmap.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for speed, experimentation, and scrappiness.
• Deep experience in early-stage environments, ideally in consumer mobile apps.
• Skilled across paid acquisition, creative testing, influencer marketing, and product growth loops.
• Data-driven but pragmatic — you know how to move fast with imperfect information.
• Strong experience with ASO, CRM/reactivation, and retention strategies.
