Role Summary

The Forwarder will source and manage transport services for our national and international clients. You will build and maintain carrier relationships, negotiate rates, handle customer communications, and ensure flawless execution of each shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contact and qualify domestic and international transport companies to secure capacity

• Negotiate rates, service terms, and contracts with carriers and service providers

• Receive, process, and plan transport orders in our TMS and CRM

• Monitor shipment progress and update clients on status, delays, or issues

• Resolve operational problems quickly and escalate when necessary

• Maintain accurate records of all transport documentation and communications

• Collaborate with operations, sales, and customer service teams to optimize workflows

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding or transport management

• Excellent English communication skills (speaking and writing)

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities

• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and planning skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software

• Based in Bucharest Sector 5 or Ilfov
