Job Title: Mobile App Developer

Location: Remote (UK-based candidates only, Visa Sponsorship not available)

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS company, is looking for a Mobile App Developer to join their development team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the rebuild of an mobile application using Flutter. You will collaborate closely with a team of mobile and backend developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter.
• Work as part of an app development team of four, alongside a backend team of five.
• Contribute to the design, architecture, and implementation of new features.
• Follow best practices for mobile development, ensuring clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

About You

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in mobile development.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter and mobile app development best practices.
• Experience with MySQL/Postgres databases.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a structured coding pattern.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, problem-solving mindset.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Swift and Kotlin.
• Knowledge of Firebase services.
• Familiarity with modifying and integrating third-party libraries/packages.
