Flutter Developer

Hybrid working - 3 days a week onsite in Central London

Salary paying £60k - £75k

We are partnered with a growing consumer tech company who are looking for a talented Flutter Developer to join their mobile engineering team.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a mobile product used by thousands, helping shape the future of the user experience while working with a collaborative, ambitious team.

You will play a key role in developing and enhancing a mobile product built using Flutter. You’ll work closely with backend engineers and product managers to design and deliver impactful features that directly solve user problems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creating new user experiences and maintaining codebase quality through modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features for a high-traffic Flutter-based mobile application.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with backend engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Implement and uphold engineering best practices to ensure maintainability and scalability of the codebase.
• Mentor and support junior engineers in their development and adoption of Flutter best practices.
• Contribute to experiments and research efforts focused on user engagement and conversion optimisation.

About You

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter development.
• 4+ years of total experience in mobile app development (iOS/Android).
• Strong grasp of engineering principles and software development best practices.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Passionate about building products that deliver real value to users.
