For 19 years we have been operating Piccino in the Dogpatch neighborhood as a full service restaurant, cocktail bar and coffee shop.

We are excited to have opened a second location of Piccino in the Letterman Digital Arts Center in the Presidio (by the Yoda statue), in February 2025.

These are the requirements for the position of Floor Manager:

Strong self-guided and self-motivated dining room customer service and supervising skills.

Clear and effective communication

Very team-oriented and able to work in tune with the entire service operation

Able to address problems and evaluate when situations require higher management intervention.

Maintain and project professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.

Maintain poise and a clear-headed demeanor in a demanding and high energy environment that requires full attention

Support General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily tasks, contribute to setting priorities and attend to service needs at all levels: scheduling, training, leading and enforcing policies.

Understand, foster and champion the Piccino culture, focused on achieving excellence in customers’ experience and offering a welcoming, friendly and professional environment.

Be comfortable with normal physical requirements for Restaurant/Bar: lift, walk/stand long hours, operate safely in busy, crowded areas.

Basic understanding of financial terms, objectives, goals.

Experienced in TOAST, Tripleseat, RESY platforms.
