Candidates must have 3+ years of restaurant management experience, great leadership ability, and have extensive food knowledge. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and knowledge and love of the food industry are essential.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Oversee and assist the entire FOH team with all elements of service.
Liaison between FOH and BOH during floor hours.
Discover and solve problems as they arise.
Manage FOH staff schedule.
Maintain customer satisfaction.
Be consistent and complete in the implementation of policies, procedures and standards.
Qualifications
Problem solving
Ability to inspire and educate the FOH staff
Experience planning and executing refined table service
Knowledge of Breadcrumb system or similar iPad-based POS system
