Responsibilities
1. Generate and execute annual/quarterly/monthly sales plan to ensure strategic and financial targets are met;
2. Develop new partners of responsible region/country and monitoring partners' sales in & out and stock;
3. Responsible for driving sales and daily account management activities with Key Channel Partners;
4. Review and forecast Order/ Inventory/ Sell in / Out data to independently identify new sales opportunities within existing product ranges;
5. Execute and Manage Commercial Strategies (MSRP, Selected Distribution Criteria, partner set evolution in territory, channel compensation scheme);
6. Manage the sales channel which partners cover online and offline;
7. Organize partners, dealers and shop promoters to conduct product training and examination according to the product launch rhythm;
8. Conduct market research, collect and analyze competitive product information, price strategy and promotion activities, then analyze relevant countermeasures every month;
Required Skills
1. At least three years of channel sales experience in fire industry
2. Proficient in business English and able to conduct business negotiations and communication fluently;
3. Be able to independently carry out business development work and have strong market development and sales capabilities;
4. Have good communication skills, teamwork spirit and service awareness;
5. Able to adapt to business trips.
