What are you going to do?

As a Sr. Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and food industries. You will build strong relationships with clients and partners and contribute to the growth of InnoGI by effectively positioning their innovative technologies in the market.

Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Research and identify new market and growth opportunities within the pharmaceutical and food industries
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with both existing and potential customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including scientific advisors, project management, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Report on progress and results to the managing director

Profile

You are a strategic thinker with a strong commercial drive. You have experience in business development within the life sciences industry and understand how to successfully position innovative technologies in the market. Your analytical skills and persuasive abilities enable you to engage both clients and internal stakeholders.

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the life sciences industry, preferably in a CRO/CDMO environment
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical sector and contract research services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
