Responsible for the preparation of financial statements for Cayman Islands, China（including Hong Kong） and the United States, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Handle tax declarations in Mainland China accurately and in a timely manner, keeping abreast of the latest tax policies and regulations.
Analyze financial data regularly, providing in - depth financial analysis reports to support management decision - making.
Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, legal and operation to collect necessary financial information for financial statement preparation and tax filing.
Participate in the annual audit process, cooperate with external auditors, and ensure the smooth progress of financial audits.
Assist in the establishment and improvement of financial management systems and internal control mechanisms, aiming to optimize financial processes. Qualifications:
Master's degree or above in accounting, finance or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in financial statement preparation and tax declaration, with in - depth knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations in Cayman Islands, China（including Hong Kong）and the United States.
Proficient in using accounting software and financial analysis tools (Excel advanced functions).
Strong analytical skills, able to interpret complex financial data accurately.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Fluent in both written and spoken English, as well as Mandarin.
