Job Responsibilities

1. Internal Financial Governance

• Establish and optimize the company's internal financial management system, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency;
• Oversee the consolidation and analysis of financial reports, improve financial processes, and enhance transparency;
• Lead internal audits and optimize financial governance to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

2. Team Management

• Directly manage the financial team for overseas business and the financial team for the financial division, supporting global business expansion;
• Develop and lead the financial team, enhancing overall financial management capabilities and efficiency.

3. Global Financial Compliance

• Ensure financial management within the assigned business units complies with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
• Oversee financial management for the financial division, including overseas investment, financing, and mergers & acquisitions;
• Participate in overseas acquisitions, financial due diligence, and investment project evaluations to drive the company's global growth.

Job Requirements

1. Financial Experience

• Experience in financial management at a U.S.-listed company, or in a similar role at such a company;
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and compliance with public company financial regulations;
• Hands-on experience in investment, financing, and mergers & acquisitions, with a track record of leading or participating in cross-border M&A projects;
• Knowledge of finance, blockchain, cryptocurrency, industries is a plus.

2. Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• Big Four accounting firm experience (PwC, EY, KPMG, Deloitte) is preferred, with a background in audit, financial management, or capital operations being a strong advantage.

3. Language Skills

• Fluent English communication skills to engage effectively with overseas teams and investors;
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to work in an international environment.

4. Industry Interest

• Strong interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, finance, and mining, or relevant industry experience;
• Candidates with experience in cryptocurrency financial management are highly preferred.
