FP&A Manager – FMCG sector

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented FP&A Manager to join our client’s team in Duluth, GA. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and brings experience or interest in working for private equitybacked businesses.

Qualifications/skills required:

• Over 8 years of experience in FP&A, ideally within manufacturing or financial services, with a background in leading and managing teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

• Strong ability to analyse and manage large datasets.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior management to align business objectives with financial goals.

• Work closely with field leaders to develop and implement key business initiatives.

• Support leadership in managing and evaluating the strategic planning process for the annual budget, ensuring timely delivery of results to key stakeholders.

• Demonstrate strong presentation skills by creating materials to effectively communicate plans and outcomes to senior leaders, with excellent executive communication skills.
