About the job Financial Client Relations Representative
As a Financial Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our financial clients. You will act as a liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for financial clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring that all payments are received on time and in accordance with the agreed terms.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and present reports to management on client satisfaction, account status, and any potential risks.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy or financial industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
