Summary

Job Description:

  • Assessing organizational needs and implementing technological systems accordingly.
  • Defining and designing work processes within the information systems domain.
  • Manage and oversee projects and processes from initiation to completion.
  • Implementing the Priority system within the organization, analyzing needs, defining requirements, programming, testing, and providing training.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of the Finance module within the Priority system for internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
  • Conduct detailed requirements gathering, needs analysis, process analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Work on improving interfaces and work processes related to logistics and financial systems.
  • Provide ongoing end-user support and training.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Define business and technical requirements for logistics and financial models, ensuring they align with client objectives.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in implementing the Finance module in the Priority system – Mandatory.
  • 3+ years of experience leading complex projects – Mandatory.
  • Proven experience in project management, including end-to-end responsibility for requirements gathering, needs analysis, process analysis, detailed design, and implementation – Mandatory.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in defining requirements and creating business and technical designs for logistics and financial systems.
  • Ability to improve interfaces, work processes, and provide end-user support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective collaboration with external suppliers and internal departments.
  • Educational & Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management with a focus on Information Systems – Advantageous.
  • Strong service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in English, including excellent spoken communication skills.
