We are looking for a Senior Data & Analytics Specialist with experience in developing analytics models for finance processes, building relationships with stakeholders, and serving as the main point of contact for finance teams. This position involves identifying project opportunities, defining the project scope, extracting and transforming data, applying statistical methods, presenting insights, and providing ongoing support to teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in data analytics, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to deliver impactful reports and visual presentations. As a senior data analytics analyst, you will lead projects in areas such as data analytics, financial forecasting, and competitive insights. Effective communication, collaboration, and a solid understanding of healthcare and pharma finance are crucial for success in this role.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Information Systems, Computer Science/MIS, Finance/Accounting, Engineering, or Science.
• Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial reporting, and ATR (Account to Report).
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Spotfire.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Persistent, self-motivated, and driven attitude.
• Collaborative with excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with scrum methodologies and project management principles.
• Experience with ETL processes and tools for data integration and transformation.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and their application in business contexts.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare or pharma industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
