Atomic is partnering with a payment firm and they are looking for a Finance Analyst who is well versed in Power BI tools.

This position plays a key role in supporting global finance operations within a fast-paced fintech environment. The role involves implementing financial policies, systems, and programs, and offers exposure to international projects and cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• OPEX Management
• Review monthly operating expenses against budget for management reporting. Analyze variances and collaborate with business unit leaders to investigate discrepancies.

• OPEX Optimization
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements. Recommend strategies to optimize OPEX budgets while maintaining operational standards.

• FP&A Analysis
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Prepare regular financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• FP&A Project Management
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver FP&A-related projects. Analyze project financials, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Ad-hoc Finance Support
• Respond to finance-related queries and provide timely, accurate support across various day-to-day activities.

• Project & Initiative Support
• Contribute financial insights to company-wide projects with fiscal impact, ensuring informed planning and execution.

Professional Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Proficient in analysis using tools such as Excel - VLOOKUP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
