Job Description

• Provide on-site troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance on ARKRAY products upon request in the designated territory.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and improve service outcomes by delivering high quality communication. Act as a trusted advisor to ARKRAY clients by understanding customer demands and providing solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service both on-site and on-line.
• Swiftly respond to customer and distributor demands.
• Resolve issues as quickly as possible and provide constructive feedback to clients and ARKRAY.
• Interact with FSEs around the world in order to smoothly dispatch them to customer sites when a problem could not be resolved remotely and a site visit is necessary.
• Train and provide direct technical assistance to colleagues, distributors, and end-users in terms of ARKRAY business strategies and its products.
• Visit local distributors in order to check their performance.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge pertaining to service activities described by attending educational classes as required and reviewing technical bulletins.
• Maintain Device History Record and monitor modification and software upgrade status.
• Review failure trend analysis data for each product assigned. Identify failure trends and report them to management for resolution.
• Perform inventory check regularly and maintain demo units, reagents, tools, and devices.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the related field
• Valid driver’s license
• Business English writing and speaking skills
