Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Field Services Engineer role located in Metro Manila at First-AVPR Venture, Inc. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance abilities
• Customer Service experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
