Title: Field Service Engineer

Location: Stafford, TX (near Sugarland/Missouri City) + travel ~50%

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert service and support for our instrumentation and analyzers, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in various field environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot instrumentation and analyzers on-site at customer locations.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of instruments.
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve service processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role in instrumentation and analyzers.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to various customer sites up to max 75% travel
