Summary

A client of FireSeeds is seeking a Field Service Engineer to manage technical aspects of customer interactions, ensuring smooth system integration, deployment, and support for industrial monitoring solutions. This role involves extensive travel (50-75%) to project sites for system commissioning and training.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Technical Integration: Overseeing installation and service of video surveillance, thermal imaging, and IR sensor systems.
  • Customer Support: Managing CRM cases, troubleshooting issues, and providing training to clients and internal teams.
  • System Design: Developing system architecture drawings and bills of materials.
  • Sales Support: Assisting in RFP/RFQ responses and delivering technical training.
  • Product Development: Gathering customer requirements to improve solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Degree or experience in engineering, technology, or related fields.
  • Networking knowledge (CCNA level) and experience with video monitoring systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, Visio, and AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Ability to read blueprints (architectural, mechanical, electrical).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Fluency in another language and experience in customer service or technical sales is a plus.
