Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

● Coordinate and schedule field service technicians based on demand and geography

● Serve as the liaison between field teams and customers for scheduling and updates

● Track service calls, parts, and job completion timelines

Qualifications:

● 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, or a related role
