We are seeking a customer centric Field Service Operations Coordinator working hybrid from our Calhoun office for FieldTurf. Reporting to the Field Service Analyst, the incumbent works towards achieving customer excellence by assisting in the management of vendor invoices, ordering equipment/hotels, rhumbix entries, assist with Field Service equipment and vehicle repair log.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and process purchase orders and invoices for Field Service/Customer Service
• Assist with Field Services rental equipment, dumpsters and hotels for our internal crews
• Utilize time keeping system, data entry and report
• Ensure that the equipment is called off.
• Assist with the maintenance of Field Service equipment and vehicle repair log
• Assist in coordination of equipment for special projects
• Obtain new vendor information when necessary.
• Reconcile the accounts payable by ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
• Generate reports detailing accounts payables status
• Understand expense accounts and cost centers
  
  

Experience & Education Desired:

• Education: Associate degree in a relevant discipline – logistics, construction.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Language Ability:
• Capable of writing reports, analyzing, writing business correspondence.
• Present information and respond to questions from managers and field employees
• Reasoning Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists.
• Able to interpret instructions delivered in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Computer Skills: Proficient with computers. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrating the ability to make swift, sound decisions under pressure.
