Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to promote and
sell our tele-reporting services for X-rays. The ideal candidate will have connections with
professionals from radiology field, along with established relationships with X-ray centers,
diagnostic labs, or radiology departments. This role requires strong communication and
interpersonal skills, along with a passion for delivering innovative solutions to healthcare
providers.
Primary
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients, including X-ray centers, diagnostic labs, and
hospitals, to promote tele-reporting services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers lab managers, and
healthcare administrators.
Present and demonstrate the benefits of the tele-reporting services, highlighting
efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and accuracy.
Meet or exceed sales targets by onboarding new accounts and maintaining existing
ones.
Develop, discuss and execute strategic sales plans tailored to specific regions or
client types.
Provide feedback to the internal team regarding customer needs, competitor
activity, and market conditions.
Maintain accurate records of client leads, client interactions, their expected volume
and any related information in the CRM lead system.
Secondary
Identify well-known radiologists of the city with strong demand from centers if any.
Participate in any relevant events and conferences to promote the company and
build networks.
Qualifications
MANDATORY:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the diagnostic services or alternatively in
healthcare solutions or medical field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and territories.
Ability to understand the company software and provide demos to clients.
Ability to use company software for lead tracking.
Good To Have
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred
but not mandatory.

Salary Structure
1 - 3 Years - 20 -25 k
3-5 Years - 25 -35 k
5- 7 Years - 35- 50k
