Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Manager, located in New Delhi. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, meeting with clients, presenting solutions, and closing sales. The role requires maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies. Additionally, the manager will prepare sales reports, provide feedback to management, and stay updated on industry trends.

Location: Delhi ( Gurgaon / Rohini / Dwarka )

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in field sales

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Account Management, and relationship-building
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable with travel within the region
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
