Role Overview:

We are seeking driven, entrepreneurial Field Sales Consultants to represent Stack Solutions and our client partners across Ireland. This is a commission-based role ideal for ambitious sales professionals who thrive on autonomy and results. You’ll be selling a range of high-growth solutions – including payment tech, loyalty platforms, ordering systems, and SaaS tools – into hospitality venues, retailers, and independent businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Visit prospects across Ireland to pitch client solutions and close deals

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through self-sourced leads and leads generated by our telesales team

• Represent multiple brands and solutions depending on client campaigns

• Attend meetings, product demos, and training sessions as required

• Build strong relationships with business owners, managers, and stakeholders

• Report activity, pipeline, and results through our CRM or client platforms

• Provide feedback from the field to improve messaging and performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in field sales, ideally in hospitality, retail tech, or payments

• Self-starter mindset with strong drive and resilience

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Willingness to travel throughout Ireland (own vehicle required)

• Familiarity with the hospitality or independent business landscape is a plus

• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with company goals
