What we do

We install roofing, housewrap, siding, gutters, decks (and more) on projects ranging from single family homes to new multi-building apartment complexes. 

What we are looking for

We are looking for a Field Operations Manager to join our expanding team. Our Field Operations Managers oversee the day-to-day operations of exterior installation crews on multiple projects simultaneously. 

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Plan, organize and direct project activities 
• Manage and communicate with subcontractors and field crews, providing guidance, direction, and scheduling
• Order and manage materials and inventory
• Communicate effectively with general contractors, project managers, job supervisors and property owners
• Enforce safety regulations and procedures

Experience/Qualifications

• Must have experience in roofing and siding installation and techniques (preference will be given to applicants with experience installing LP, Hardie and Nichiha as well as experience installing asphalt shingles and metal roofing)
• Experience as a construction supervisor 
• Experience reading construction plans
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to ever-changing job schedules
• Experience with construction management programs (Buildertrend, Bluebeam, Procore, etc)
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
