About the job MSTS Tolls, part of the Shell family, hooks up transport companies cruising through Europe with fuel, toll payments, and other cool mobility solutions. We’re always cooking up fresh services and giving our customers the lowdown on the best and most cost-effective fuel and toll options. Office Location – MSTS Tolls, Weena 505, Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Key Responsibilities: Score new clients and smash sales targets for our Fuel and Tolls biz. Grow and nurture existing customer relationships. Manage a customer portfolio with a focus on cross-selling our awesome offerings. Dive into cold calling and other lead-gen activities. Analyse market potential and report on sales activities. Able to sell value over price. Build strong internal relationships with other departments. Responsible making sure your customers pay up, right on the dot! Stay updated on market news and trends, and share insights internally (and externally when needed). Create presentations for end-user training, internal updates, conferences, etc. Focus Market – BeNeLux. Report to the Sales Manager. Candidate Requirements: Super motivated and goal-oriented. Self-starter with a proactive attitude. Experience selling solutions to transportation companies is a big plus. Bonus points for experience with fuel cards and toll payment solutions Fluent in Dutch and English (other European languages are a plus). Customer-focused approach is a must. Eager to learn and willing to go the extra mile. Strong analytical and communication skills. Great at networking with customers. Positive attitude and a go-getter mindset. Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must have a valid driver’s license.
