Do research and analysis on the market and competitive trend to propose future integration/product/business development direction for fiat department.
Lead product and technical solution discovery with external channel partners.
Design operation strategies and explore new business models to grow the business
Explore new channels and ideas for experimentation, optimisation and user growth
Build and maintain proactive alignment with IT team and internal stakeholders, including product, finance, customer support, legal, compliance, and risk, to ensure product can be launched in a timely manner and channel running smoothly
Establish and maintain the relationship with channel partners or other external stakeholders, and facilitate product integration and implementation
Job Requirements
At least 2-3 years of experience in the account manager or payment industry is essential for junior level
At least 4-5 years of experience in fiat channel / operation / management role for senior level
Experience in launching 0 to 1 product is a strong plus
Experience in fraud management or financial background is a strong plus
Must be highly motivated and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
