The Role

• Collaborate in the development of cybersecurity policies and procedures to enhance overall security posture.
• Establish and monitor controls for third-party management and other security measures to mitigate risks effectively.
• Conduct internal assessments aligning with industry practices such as SFC and ISO27001 to ensure compliance and adherence to standards.
• Deploy Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to streamline security operations and enhance risk management processes.
• Design and implement security awareness training programs to educate employees and foster a security-conscious culture within the organization.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in IT security governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as SFC and ISO27001.
• Experience in deploying GRC tools for security and risk management.
• Ability to design and deliver effective security awareness training programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
