Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager located in West Bromwich. The Factory Manager will be responsible for production planning, quality control, production management, operations management, and manufacturing operations on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations skills
• Quality Control and Operations Management skills
• Experience in production management
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Autocad and excel knowledge
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
